Sizing advice for belts
Find your belt size
1. Compare with a belt you already own
Lay the belt flat and measure from the end of the buckle to the hole you use most often.
Choose the belt size in centimetres or inches that most closely matches this measurement.
Example:
If your belt measures 36 Inches from the end of the buckle to your usual hole, choose size 36.
2. Compare with your usual jeans size
If you don’t have a tape measure, select the belt size that best corresponds to your usual jeans size.
Example:
If you typically wear a W32, we recommend choosing size 36.
Jeans sizing can vary between brands and should be used as a guide only.
How we measure our belts
Each Wildsmith belt is measured from the end of the buckle (the outer edge of the metal tip) to the middle hole.
This allows for two holes of adjustment on either side for a comfortable, balanced fit.

Fitting
Here at Wildsmith, we have spent many years mastering our craft but we understand that everyone’s feet are different shapes and sizes. Some like their shoes with plenty of room and others like them tighter. Our shoes tend to be a standard fitting but we have created this size guide with the help of our fitting experts. We hope we can find your perfect fit. If you have any fitting enquiries, please email us at info@wildsmith.com or get specific advice for this last here.

We only make our footwear from the finest quality materials to ensure they last by sourcing from Leather Working Group tanneries and other materials from sustainable or organic sources.
- Leather Uppers, Linings and Outsoles: Leather Working Group Audited Cow Leather

- Laces: 50% Organic Cotton and 50% Polyester OEKKO-TEX STANDARD 100
Care guide
We only make our footwear from the finest quality materials but without proper care that benefit will be lost, so maximise your investment by following these simple tips.
Keep them clean and store them well
Use a dry cloth or a stiff shoe brush to prevent the build-up of dust and dirt. Use a shoe tree to store your freshly polished shoes to preserve their ‘just-new’ look. Keep them dry but don't use direct heat.
Leather care
Apply shoe cream to help nourish the leather and prevent drying and cracking. Using a wax polish will maximise the water-repelling properties of the leather, form a layer of protection against staining and create that perfect shine.
Packaging
We endeavour to use only recycled or sustainable materials in our packaging.
- Our boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard
- Our tissue paper is made from 70% recycled paper
- Our shoe bags are made from 100% natural cotton
- Our shipping cartons are made from 75% recycled cardboard
