Humble and understated, the Sebago x Wildsmith Classic Dan brings together two shoemaking traditions in a considered reworking of Sebago’s iconic penny loafer.

The Classic Dan is reworked through the Wildsmith design lens, with a handsewn cross-stitched apron and our signature diamond broguing — a subtle nod to our Piccadilly, London roots. Sebago’s distinctive beefroll construction remains, as does the classic saddle, with just enough room for that penny. Unlined for a lighter, more relaxed feel, the loafer is finished with a leather sock and traditional leather outsole.
 
Sebago’s Maine, New England heritage and Wildsmith’s London roots may be 3,217 miles apart, but both are grounded in generations of expertly crafted footwear. Wildsmith introduced its first loafer in 1926, while Sebago’s Classic Dan went on to become an icon of American Ivy League style.

How to measure your feet

1. Wear the socks you normally pair with your shoes.
2. Place your foot on a piece of paper on a flat surface. Either trace your outline or measure from heel to longest toe.
3. Match your measurement to the size chart below, adjusting for your foot shape.

• Wide: Choose a half size larger.
• Narrow: If between sizes, choose the smaller size.
