Sebago's Maine roots and Wildsmith's Piccadilly beginnings sit 3,217 miles apart. Give or take.
Different sides of the Atlantic, but built on similar foundations: generations of shoemaking, iconic designs and an appreciation for things made properly.
Wildsmith introduced the original loafer in 1926. Sebago went on to define a distinctly American take on the loafer, with the Classic Dan becoming an icon of Ivy League style.
For this collaboration, we've brought the two together.
The Sebago x Wildsmith Classic Dan retains everything that makes the original what it is: the signature beefroll construction, penny saddle and easy, unlined feel.
Then we added a little Wildsmith.
A handsewn cross-stitched apron and our signature diamond broguing bring a subtle London touch to this American classic.
Nothing overdone. Just a few considered details that make it distinctly ours.
Two shoemakers. Two histories. One very good loafer.
